We realize starting a renovation in your home or place of business can be overwhelming with so many moving parts that it seems unrealistic for your dream to become a reality. We totally understand that, which is why we have trained staff that are willing and able to assist you through the process from start to finish.
A brief glimpse into the steps of a renovation with Revive. Customers you can expect the following process:
- Initial Meet and greet discussing your wish list and must-haves. Expect our staff to ask good questions and if needed put you in contact with one of our preferred designers or architects.
- Create a design and plan for the project down to the tee. The more decisions that are finalized here the better, in order to have materials in a timely manner, and to allow our team to keep on track with the job schedule. We always turn over a top quality product to our customers in a timely manner.
- Once our estimate is approved and deposit is received, building permits will be obtained if necessary. Now it’s time to get to work! The demolition and construction phase starts. We do our best to protect all areas around our construction zone, and take clean up very seriously. It’s important to our customers that their lives can go on as usual, so that’s important to us as well.
- Final details. Towards the end of the project, finishing touches and final cleanup will be in full swing. We understand that certain changes occur along the way, and our onsite team is glad to accommodate.
